Everything that sends data to Maple becomes a Source. Push sources get their own token with allowed signals, a rate limit, resource attributes, pause and expiry (ported from the custom ingest keys exploration). Every org gets one default source standing for its public/private ingest key pair; it only takes a name and description.

The migration backfills a default source for every org that has ingest keys, and in the production deploy migrations run immediately before the new code, so only an org whose keys are created in that seconds-long window could miss it; SourcesService.list then repairs it, and until then the gateway just stamps nothing for that org. Adding an insert to the existing-key paths would put a write on a hot, memoized lookup to cover that window.
