Catalog	JSON file with template metadata and Git sources
Repository	ReqPack entry with catalog URL + priority
Shared store	Installed template copies under $XDG_DATA_HOME/tempify/templates/
Index	index/templates.json - which IDs are available locally

GitHub releases publish index.json for ReqPack - see Releases.

Naming:

• CLI package: tempify-cli
• Plugin/system for templates: tempify (so rqp install tempify <template-id> stays unambiguous)

Your own catalog

1. Host JSON per schema (see ReqPack Plugin)
2. Add repository to ReqPack context.repositories
3. rqp update tempify / plugin refresh
