This project is focused on explainable arrythymia detection. The goal is for a transparent diagnosis with a ML model. Special consideration is also made for portability, by evaluating results from logistic regression model & decision tree model. The trade-off where transparency & portability is not of concern is also evaluated with XGBOOST.
