Biomedical Engineer 路 M.Sc. Biostatistics & Data Science (KTH 路 KI 路 SU)
I recently completed my master's thesis at Karolinska Institutet, where I built deep learning pipelines to predict gene expression from histopathological whole slide images, bridging computational pathology and transcriptomics.

Background Before my masters I worked as an ML Engineer at Hey Banco, and before that as a research assistant building Tumor-on-Chip devices, with two publications to show for it.
