## Release bar MET (2026-09-17): the paired CI

Both artifacts scored with per-row preds (dynamic 4.5619; static
4.5952). Sentence-level paired bootstrap: static - dynamic = +2.71pp,
CI95 [-1.54, +7.11] — crosses zero, NOT separated. Quality-
indistinguishable at our power; +8% speed stands. The export path is
merged (modal_export::static, PR #217); the re-export is a version
decision with nothing left to measure.
