The final box: both artifacts scored with per-row predictions, the campaign-standard paired bootstrap run on the delta — +2.71pp CI95 [-1.54, +7.11], crossing zero. Static and dynamic are quality-indistinguishable at our measurement power; the +8% CPU speed stands and the export path is merged. The re-export is now purely a version decision.
