fix(email): offer Gmail, Outlook or copy when an email link is clicked - #77

A mailto link does nothing on devices without a default email app, so buttons like Start a partnership and Become a mentor looked broken. A small chooser now opens on any mailto link with Gmail, Outlook, the email app or Copy address, with the subject and body filled in.

Reported by a member: Start a partnership and Become a mentor did nothing. They are mailto links, which only work when the device has a default email app; Chrome on Windows and many phones have none.
Checked in the browser: Start a partnership opens it with to=info@devweekends.com and subject Partnering with Dev Weekends; MindMaster in the Get involved menu opens it with Invitation to MindMaster, without leaving the page.
