feat(home): fold programs into Get involved and add MindMaster - #67

…aster The Different paths, One purpose section repeated what Get involved already lists, so it is removed and Get involved moves up in its place. MindMaster joins the program list as invite only: ask your mentor or email info@devweekends.com. The Programs link in the header and the MindMaster page now point to Get involved.
