feat(dwosi): adopt the proof-of-work design - #55

Rebuild /dwosi to the MLH-style proof-of-work design: Dev Weekends orange on near-black, a hero with a living contribution graph (labelled Example), and sections for the record, community numbers, repositories, partners and hiring. - The record lists real pull requests from Pathment, each linking to GitHub - "View open issues" searches open issues across the public DWOSI repos, not the website's own issues - The repository grid links to Pathment, Meshly Cloud (Community Cloud), CodeHands AI and Inroad; Buildment and SafeStream stay unlinked until their repos are public - Buttons and badges use a deeper orange so white text passes WCAG AA (4.57:1); the brighter brand orange stays on the logo and labels - Removes the FAQ, project cards and DSOC stories, and drops the @radix-ui/react-accordion dependency they needed - Leaves GoalSlot out for now Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
