#2065 の設計文書 3 本（要求の写し・設計・決定の記録）を、確定仕様
docs/specifications/ndf-slide-generation.mdにした。手順（写し方・構成メモと台本の形・ページの文言）は Skill のform-slide.mdが持つため写さず、リンクで渡している。確定仕様が持つのは、決定とその理由・契約（theme.json・build-deck.jsの引数と終了コード・script-time.js・slides-thumbnails.py）・構成と責務・常に成り立つ条件・テスト観点である。変更
docs/specifications/ndf-slide-generation.mdを足した（435 行）。実装と照らし合わせた（27 ページ＝台本 21・章扉 6、枠組みの関数にchip・arrow・text、slides-thumbnails.pyの終了コード 3 など）issues/issue-2065-design.md・issue-2065-design-decisions.md・issue-2065-requirements.mdを消した（plan-to-spec-steps.py spec-finalize）docs/specifications/README.mdの索引に 1 行足した。用語集の 8 語の出所を確定仕様へ移した（docs/glossary/glossary.json・docs/glossary.md）docs/specifications/ndf-google-workspace-gws.mdの、消えた設計へのリンクを確定仕様の「外部連携」へ直したテスト
