`?daily_values=true` acrescenta daily_values_pct com o percentual do VDR para adultos (Anexo II da IN 75/2020, Anvisa) de 21 nutrientes. Nutriente sem dado sai null. Sem o parâmetro, as respostas não mudam.null(nunca 0%); na soma, o %VD herda a ressalva demissing_values.Annotated[bool, Query(...)] = False, então chamadas diretas aget_food(API estática, testes) não mudam.pyproject.toml,datapackage.json); README, dicionário de dados e CHANGELOG atualizados.Ressalvas documentadas: na TACO o carboidrato inclui a fibra (no rótulo, não) → %VD de carboidrato acima do de um rótulo; niacina da TACO é pré-formada e o VDR é em NE → subestimado. Ácidos graxos (saturados, trans) ficam de fora por estarem em outra tabela.
