A imagem leva só api/ e data/processed/ e roda sem root. Como não há Docker na máquina de desenvolvimento, o job `docker` do CI constrói a imagem, sobe o contêiner e consulta /health e /foods/561. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Dockerfile(python:3.12-slim): sobe a API sem Python local —docker build -t taco .edocker run -p 8000:8000 taco. Copia sóapi/edata/processed/; roda comonobody..dockerignoreem allowlist, só para encolher o contexto de build.dockerno CI: build da imagem, sobe o contêiner e consulta/healthe/foods/561. Não havia Docker na máquina onde isto foi escrito — este job é o único teste do Dockerfile, então vale olhar o resultado dele com atenção quando o CI rodar.Publicação no Kaggle / Hugging Face (resto do item) ficou de fora por decisão: os dados já estão no GitHub, nas Pages, nas releases e no Zenodo.
