Thresholds

Thresholds highlight values in reports and can send Nextcloud notifications. Configure them from Dataset maintenance → Thresholds.

The current UI provides:

• = equal to
• > greater than
• < less than
• contains
• list of values
• Notification for new records, which sends a notification only when a row is newly inserted

Choose the target column, operator, value, severity, and whether table coloring applies to the single value or the whole row. Notification severity sends an alert; red, yellow, and green severities color the report where supported.

Thresholds are evaluated in their displayed order. Drag them to change that order. Date variables such as %current day%, %next day%, and %next 2 days% can be used as a threshold value.
