Sharing and embedding

Reports and panoramas can be shared with users, groups, conversations, or public links. Configure sharing from the report’s Sharing section.

Public links can be protected with a password and may grant read-only or editing access where the UI offers it. Treat every public link as externally reachable and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Insert into Talk or documents

The upcoming Smart Picker previews let you insert a compact link, a chart, a table, or the configured report content. See Smart Picker and report previews for availability, screenshots, and render-mode choices. Inserting a link does not grant recipients access: share the underlying report or panorama first.

Embed a minimal chart

For a public report link, enable the minimal-chart option and copy its embed URL. Analytics creates an /apps/analytics/pm/<token> URL intended for an iframe.

Enter the exact website origin that will embed the chart in the share’s domain field. Analytics uses it as the Content Security Policy frame-ancestor allowlist; without it, browsers block the iframe. Use a specific trusted origin rather than a broad wildcard.
