Bug Description

Fm radio
When lanched gives "currently unavailable"
I already connected headphones
I searched for the cause by adb codes reading logs
I found there is mismatched mt6631 with the sequence of loading the app

Steps to Reproduce

I'm asking bot to fix in v 3.12
But to check again in the new android 17 version to avoid this issue
