Decode firmware 2.3.x IMU BLE samples using the six signed int16 motion readings and three existing magnetometer floats. Reconstruct the exact previous float32 values before applying the advertised parsing scheme, so public values, units, component names, and phone CSVs stay unchanged.
Select the transport per connection from firmware version. Firmware 2.2.9 and other supported older versions retain their existing decoding; the default file parser retains the unchanged 36-byte SD/.oe format. Stacked on #154 and uses OpenEarable/protocol#3.
Validation: all 23 library tests and 12 browser transport tests pass; analysis is clean. Covers every signed int16 value, single/batched samples, mixed firmware versions, offsets, timestamps, malformed data and legacy file decoding.
