Use the library and protocol revisions that decode firmware 2.3.0's smaller IMU BLE samples. Public float values, displayed units and recorded CSVs remain unchanged; firmware 2.2.9 and other supported legacy firmware retain their existing decoding.

Preserves the previously integrated PPG, FOTA, battery and reconnect fixes. No UI changes. Depends on OpenEarable/open_earable_flutter#155 and OpenEarable/protocol#3.

Validation: all 121 app tests pass and analysis is clean. The integrated library passes all 46 tests, including exhaustive signed IMU counts and mixed firmware decoding. Live paired-device validation follows this integration.
