D-DRAM-0 | DR address memoization × adaptive Abakus masking lens

Operator architecture preserved

1. DR memoizes already resolved canonical SoA locators, not payload values. Cache a sparse, lease-bound locator receipt for an existing DR tile/local position after first read; subsequent consumers reuse the attested source location and borrow canonical bytes, optionally with lookahead prefetch. Do not append locators to LocalMap::globals, create a third coordinate authority or copy a new SoA facet by default.
2. ClassView / WideFieldMask selects demanded logical fields independently of WHERE criteria and DR population masks. Never conflate 64 logical properties, 32 SoA physical lanes, 4×8-bit codec hypotheses, 256×256 relation tiles and 65,536-position multi-tile addressing.
3. Quack → mask-risc → ndarray remains the algebra owner chain. half_add_mask/full_add_mask are shipped (consolidate: add project-agnostic multi-agent kit (.claude/EN/) #402); Abacus<BITS> is lab-only; exact operator-mentioned ndarray::simd::5x24::* signatures still require source proof. Explore arithmetic k-of-n thresholds only if they beat existing Boolean words.
4. Lance 13 selective reads already exist (D-HOLO H14c: thought-first positional reads, Hamming presence and Lance masked I/O #1573, D-HOLO H14d: logic → address mask → masked read → terminal (C only), measured on v4 #1575, D-SRAM-2 spike: masked Lance 13 reads and the addressed semijoin #1633). Respect docs(D-DQM): DR64 ↔ DuckDB ↔ Lance 13 capability crosswalk (follow-up to #1787) #1788 D4 (one DR ordinal ↔ Lance row-ID authority) and S-INGRESS (mask-copy boundary). Keep versioned source and scope checks.
5. Borrow/prefetch is the default. Materialized foreign facet gathering is only the scoped, measured and admitted D-DRF-1 §5 exception. MaskOp::Gather is not the same thing as copying payload.

Evidence and falsifiers

The plan supplies an explicit source/owner crosswalk, status grades (verified, measured lab, proposed, gated, unverified) and independent tests for locator hit/miss/revision/compaction/permission, historical replay, source lease and concurrency, Lance source bytes, k-of-n SIMD correctness/negative controls, SQL Kleene/Bag correctness, 1M/10M composition, cold/warm costs and exceptional cache amortization. Nothing here claims a new measured speedup.
