This PR changes board docs only: no code and no production change. Please don't merge it automatically. It follows #1951, which merged.

What it adds

.claude/board/entries/2026-11-03-d-dram-p3-consolidated.md is one record for the session's work. It combines:

It has six sections: findings, the Abakus register model, high-signal items, fruits, open ends, and stop conditions.

The Abakus register model is recorded as WORKING-MODEL, not as a finding. It reads repeated bit-plane folding with half_add_mask / full_add_mask as an ISA register contract: ALU words over a fixed register shape. It cites three pieces of prior art: the H14c "generic register contract", the IAM plan's "8-bit ALU/ISA register contract", and the no-convenience-opcode law in fold-execution-laws.md.

The ndarray measurements already cover part of the model:

  • Bit-plane add beats per-lane add by about 4× on dense and single-lane masks.
  • It ties per-lane add on random masks.
  • Bit-plane multiply is refused as a replacement for the U9 byte-dot: the best variant is 5.2× slower.
  • Bit planes win folds of narrow fields.

The model does not license a public Abacus type, a new opcode, or semantics in register bits.

IDEAS.md gets a high-signal fruit, P3-5: k-of-n on the two shipped carry words, compared against native AND/OR/popcount, with an exact oracle.

  • Kill condition: slower than native on dense masks, or any disagreement with the oracle.
  • Silence twin: k=1 must equal OR, and k=n must equal AND.
  • Whether a k-of-n threshold keeps the dense-mask win or the random-mask tie is UNKNOWN until P3-5 runs.

The plan checklist, FRUITS.md and the entries index are updated and regenerated.

…G-MODEL

Merges the #1950 P2 findings, the #1949 integration, the P3-1 and P3-3
results and the ndarray Abakus probe results (#389, #391, #402, microtile)
into one findings / high-signal / fruits / open-ends entry. The operator's
Abakus direction (repeated bit-plane folding as an ISA register contract)
is recorded as WORKING-MODEL; P3-5 (k-of-n on the two shipped carry words)
is its falsifier and is added to IDEAS as a high-signal fruit.
