What this records

Full current claim provenance was previously unexecuted in this cloud continuation because the retained native cache and its admission state were treated as one execution route. This evidence records a successful independent cloud route: fresh acquisition of the six locked public archives, authentication against preserved October 7 artifact metadata and the independently committed A3 identities, then replay of every current claim.

Draft dependency: #503 → #497 → #496. This PR targets #503's branch and changes only the new evidence/v02-cloud-replay-20261012/ directory. No implementation, claims, historical report, existing authorization, envelope or generated view is modified.

Actual results

Replay revision: 6c37fe5eb98039341cb49444305703dc43048685.

Execution: 2026-10-12 20:15:26.719047–20:17:15.825220 UTC.

  • Six locked archive digests matched; all six fresh Git-tree checks returned MATCH.
  • 13,657 artifact identities matched the independent A3 reference.
  • 11,828 text artifacts authenticated for actual content SHA-256, Git blob, size, identity, uniqueness and complete snapshot coverage.
  • 61,941 claims in all 655 documents passed source provenance, referencing 3,556 source artifacts and seven duplicate relationships.
  • The independent replay audit passed 2,855 checks, reconstructing every current subject and all three input digests.
  • The separate replacement-draft review passed 144,504 mechanical checks, including all 2,164 carried subjects and 19,476 preserved top-level field comparisons with zero mismatches. The actual reviewer also semantically reviewed all ten new dispositions against authenticated WA source content and exact catalog/proposal records.

The actual envelope-free reconciliation command returned 0 validated current receipts and 61,941 unresolved claims. The preserved historical report remains 2,164 validated / 59,772 unresolved out of 61,936. The possible 2,174 / 59,767 out of 61,941 result remains conditional on authentic current-role authorization, issuance, independent final-envelope comparison and successful accounting.

Evidence and validation

The new directory retains exact executed v1 code, both actual command outputs, before/after input closures, source/acquisition hashes, independent audit scripts/results, cloud deadline evidence, routing observations, and a SHA-256 file manifest.

The exact reviewer script with its original trailing newline is retained in gzip form; decompression reproduces the SHA named in its audit. V1 optimization mode was not independently observed, and v1 did not enforce historical path-type checks. The independent review checks the actual retained metadata/hashes and current regular-file/no-symlink paths without inventing those earlier observations.

Both real replay commands returned exit 0. Public-file manifest, preserved reviewer-script digest, staged scope and whitespace checks pass. The implementation and all replayed inputs are unchanged from #503's already verified head (707 tests plus historical/current workload, validation, compilation and generated-view checks). This evidence commit does not relabel those earlier runs as tests of this commit.

Remaining boundaries

Mac admission applies to processes on the Mac; this execution used independent Linux cloud resources with a 300-second deadline, forced termination grace and explicit process limits. No heavy native lease or Limen remote-broker admission is claimed.

Original-cache restoration remains open: the native pre-transfer stat failed because the device was offline, and the existing 1,204,940,832-byte private ciphertext exceeded the Drive connector's 268,435,456-byte whole-file limit. No transfer bytes, secret read, decryption or sharing change occurred.

The current cloud actors are not the original actors named in the preserved owner grant. All prepared draft role/time fields remain null; no role grant or replacement envelope has been manufactured. Raw source bodies and the nonissued draft stay in private working storage.

Full original A3 capsule preservation, historical rendered-body authentication, source-to-claim omission completeness, remaining adapters/synthesis, complete public disposable pilot evidence, publication clearance, human review, owner acceptance and merged-main verification remain separate. Private pilot support is still unverified.

This PR stages evidence and does not close a v0.2 acceptance gate.

Summary by Sourcery

Stage independently auditable cloud replay evidence for current claim provenance without issuing receipts or closing the v0.2 acceptance gate.

New Features:

  • Add staged evidence for a successful independent Linux cloud replay of complete current claim-source provenance across six locked public archives.
  • Record an independently reviewed, nonissued replacement draft covering 2,164 carried decisions and ten new dispositions.

Enhancements:

  • Preserve replay inputs, execution outputs, audit results, routing observations, deadline evidence, and file hashes for reproducibility and scope verification.
  • Document the boundaries around authorization, envelope issuance, historical-cache restoration, and remaining acceptance requirements.

Documentation:

  • Document the replay results, validated claim and artifact counts, reconciliation status, and remaining limitations.

Tests:

  • Add retained replay and independent review scripts and their corresponding validation outputs.

CI readback — 2026-10-12 20:39:03 UTC

Both Toolkit runs associated with this exact published head succeeded: push 38305095742 and pull request 38305140674. All four Python 3.11/3.13 jobs ran 707 tests, OK, reproduced both historical/current workload states with MATCH, validated 95 controls, and passed compilation and generated-view checks. The PR jobs checked GitHub's synthetic merge d2d8ffc3960382a788e19eb6aa5062afe0f92df1, whose tree equals the published tree a4129b2e6f73b4cdf379be617817965ee9829d6c.

All five observed check runs, including Semgrep, succeeded. CodeRabbit's separate success status says review skipped because this is a draft; it is not review approval. No source-acquisition workflow run was returned for this evidence-only head. Exact classic required-check configuration was not independently established; no branch-protection or acceptance claim is made.

Independent CI readback receipt SHA-256: c0177d60109eda8992dfb0866d7c3a965117c069057185530529e86c9c0ac86e. No rerun, merge or gate closure occurred.

Retain the exact 61,941-claim replay, source authentication, independent audits and current cloud/native routing boundaries. Preserve historical accounting and keep all replacement envelopes unissued pending the actual current-role grant.

Reviewer's Guide

This evidence-only PR records a successful independent fresh-source cloud replay of all current claim provenance, plus exhaustive comparison and semantic review of a nonissued replacement draft, while explicitly preserving the zero-receipt result and documenting why no authorization, issuance, cache restoration, or v0.2 acceptance is claimed.

Stages a complete fresh Linux cloud replay of current claim-to-source provenance using independently acquired locked archives and preserved artifact metadata.
  • Acquires and verifies six locked repositories, archive digests, Git trees, artifact identities, text content hashes, Git blobs, sizes, uniqueness, and snapshot coverage.
  • Runs the retained bounded v1 replay driver at the pinned revision and records exact commands, outputs, input closures, source hashes, timing, resource limits, and routing/deadline observations.
  • Replays provenance for 61,941 claims across 655 documents, covering 11,828 text artifacts and 3,556 referenced sources, while explicitly recording zero current reconciliation receipts and 61,941 unresolved claims.
  • Retains independent post-run checks that reconstruct current subjects, canonical bindings, source metadata, and hash continuity without claiming unobserved historical cache or process properties.

Records an independently compared, nonissued replacement decision draft for the migrated workload.
  • Compares all 2,164 carried decisions and 19,476 preserved top-level fields with zero mismatches, while checking the 2,174-row draft’s membership, bindings, null issuance fields, and non-adoption status.
  • Adds five predecessor supersessions and five successor specializations, with exact WA source-line, catalog, proposal, and structured-identity checks.
  • Retains authored semantic review evidence for all ten new dispositions and clearly separates it from automated mechanical checks.
  • Preserves the conditional 2,174 validated / 59,767 unresolved arithmetic as non-actual until current authorization, issuance, envelope comparison, and accounting occur.
