Fixes GEO-1024
Description
The pin script matched
zgeoff/tools/...as a suffix, so a call toother-zgeoff/tools/...also got the sync tag. The pattern now needs the line start or a character outside an owner name beforezgeoff.[^A-Za-z0-9._/-]keeps the quote, brace, and space cases that the existing tests cover.Testing
bun test scripts/pin-tools-ref.test.ts: 8 pass, 0 failit leaves a call to an owner whose name ends in zgeoff alonekeepsother-zgeoff/tools/.github/workflows/ci.yml@mainand prints nothing. Against the old script it fails (7 pass, 1 fail).zgeoff/tools/.github/workflows/*.yml@mainto the ref, bare, quoted, and flow-style.bun run lintpasses (pre-commit hook)bun run typecheck: CI
