What to build

Signup Template picker shows an "International Travel" card; selecting it seeds a new List with travel gear, pre-tagged listTypes: ['travel'], name/description translated in all 4 locales.

Acceptance criteria

• New Template JSON added under client/data/templates/, shaped like Library.save() output, gear content authored by the developer.
• Registered in useTemplatePicker.js with listTypes: ['travel'].
• templatePickerTemplates.<id>.name/.description present in all 4 locale files.
• Selecting the card at signup produces a List tagged travel, visible as checked in Share and matching the Community travel filter.
• Passes the array-driven tests from Prefactor: shared List Type options + Template-to-ListType wiring #14 automatically, no test-file changes needed.
