Canonical migration

Declares zed-pkg/zed-lib-core as the only repository-level release authority for the Rust, TypeScript, and Dart behavior packages plus the shared conformance corpus.

The package names remain compatible; consumers change only the Git source and retain the corresponding src/rust, src/ts, src/dart, or conformance path.

History and salvage

The notice records the two-parent history merge, semantic fold, and canonical certification merge. Every substantive predecessor PR has a merged canonical disposition:

The registry port preserves typed upload/download/license/embedding operations and visibility-aware text/semantic search over the shared zed_* schema while deliberately retiring the old unprefixed migrations, raw SeaORM sessions, duplicate identity model, and pgvector assumptions.

No history, branch, issue, pull request, or audit URL is deleted. This repository remains available as a historical entry point, but it must not originate new feature or release work.

Archival readiness

No substantive open predecessor pull request remains unmapped. After this notice merges, the repository can be archived as a read-only historical entry point without losing consumer migration instructions.
