- 完整读取原协议正文、定义、表格、附件、签署页、修订痕迹与批注，缺读部分标记为未核验
- 先重建 S0 整体法律状态，再叠加用户授权的 Δ，判断组合后的 S1 能否共同成立
- 生成内部「起草交接本」：不变项、每项变化及用户原话、唯一推导、待补项、未决事项
- 冻结前做四类统一校验：数量守恒、来源一致、状态与时序一致、角色与授权一致
- 无依据的违约责任、责任上限、单方解除权、先决条件等实质变量一律不写入
- 双向追踪后交付清洁正文；需要 Word 时先定正文再生成可编辑 .docx

For amending a contract that is already signed: drafting a supplement, a variation, or a termination. Rather than filling a template, it rebuilds the whole legal state first, parties, subject matter, money, conditions, timing and documents, then layers only your authorized changes on top. Anything it cannot source, such as equity origin, payer, penalty, liability cap or dispute forum, is left as an explicit gap instead of being invented. Every clause is traced forward to the draft and back to a source before delivery, and unaffected terms stay in force.
- Reads the full original: body, definitions, tables, annexes, signature pages, tracked changes and comments
- Rebuilds the whole legal state S0, then applies only the authorized delta to form S1
- Keeps an internal drafting handover note covering invariants, each change, derivations and open gaps
- Freezes results only after four consistency checks: quantity, source, timing and role authority
- Never writes penalties, liability caps, termination rights or preconditions without a source
- Two-way traceable clean final text; an editable .docx generated only after the legal text is settled
