Follow-up to #59. The new whoami preflight failed on account enumeration before uploading. Verify the configured goagent Pages project directly instead, without expanding token scope. Unauthorized, malformed, timeout and wrong-project responses still block deployment. Raw API bodies and network errors are not logged. All 17 website tests and git diff --check pass, including four new authorization tests.
