Adds a deed.page section to the deployment guide (
docs/guide/deployment.md) and its Chinese translation (docs/zh/guide/deployment.md), after CloudRay. In the zh page it sits above the comment that marks the China-only platforms.deed.page is static hosting with no account. After
pnpm docs:build, thedocs/.vuepress/distfolder is packed withtarand uploaded with onecurl -T. The response returns a livehttps://<slug>.deed.page/URL and a token for later updates.I ran the commands against a fresh VuePress 2 site (vite bundler, default theme): the home page and nested
/guide/page loaded, assets were served, and unknown paths returned the generated 404 page.oxfmt --checkpasses on both files.This PR comes from the deed.page team (disclosure: I work on deed.page, Avatar 8 LLC).
