uRSS -- micro RSS generator

usage
-----
uRSS takes input and produces output through UNIX pipes.
e.g. `cat index.html post1.html ... | urss > index.rss`

uRSS uses a simple XML <-> HTML mapping, where any contained string within a given HTML tag is wrapped with the relevant XML tag.

e.g.
`<h1>foobar</h1>` --[ given h1 <-> title]--> `<title>foobar</title>`

There are four required tags (since 0.91);
- channel: all of the following must be declared prior to any item
- item: all of the following must be within `ITEM_TAG`
 |- title: any string within `TITLE_TAG` 
 |- link: any string within `LINK_TAG`
 |- description: any string within `DESC_TAG`

Any subsequent tags (anything in RSS 0.92+) can be added in order of appearance.
uRSS is a stream-based program; if any tag is out of order, it will be consumed by the current tag.
