Bumps pallas 1.1 → 1.2 on main.

Picks up the native script decoding fixes (txpipe/pallas#802 deep nesting stack overflow, txpipe/pallas#803 negative N-of-K threshold) for preprod blocks 5183974 and 5184855, which crash pallas 1.1 at MultiEraBlock::decode.

Version bump only; cargo check --all-features --all-targets and cargo fmt --check pass locally.

Note: lts/v1 pins the pre-1.0 split crates (pallas-primitives 0.30.1 etc.), which have no patched release — it needs a pallas backport before it can get the same fix.
