fix(core-hooks): absolute kibitzer path; scoped devbox setup - #55

fix(core-hooks): callkibitzerby absolute path ($HOME/.cargo/bin/kibitzer) inhooks.json, since hooks don't have~/.cargo/binon PATH there; addsbootstrap-pyinfra/scoped_devbox_setup.py, a one-off deploy (homebrew, dotfiles, overlays, llm_sync).Make PR review reminder advisory: previously unpushed commit that was already on the workspace.Not run: no tests or lint on this branch.
