Summary
errorstate when a poll batch completes without errors so the UI recovers after the dev server restarts, even when no files changed while offline.recentEvents,lastEventTime,fsMap, andrecentlySavedFilesonly after allfiles/getrequests in the polled batch succeed so a transient file fetch error does not advancelastEventTimepast unfetched file updates.Fixes tscircuit/tscircuit#5368
