+**You can now connect a Buildkite API token to Dynamic CI.**
+
+Buildkite sends no telemetry for a job that never runs. Without a token, Trunk can't see the steps [Dynamic CI](/ci/dynamic-ci) skipped.
+
+- **Connect in Settings.** Paste a Buildkite API token into [Settings → Organization → Buildkite](https://app.trunk.io/settings/organization/buildkite).
+- **Two scopes.** The token needs `read_builds` and `read_organizations`.
+- **Use a dedicated user.** Create the token from a dedicated Buildkite user rather than a personal account.
+
