Device data now comes from modbus-models-v1 at full SHA 2493526acc6645393b3ebb3f32279167a88d6f41. The example downloader verifies all six TM/scenario/script inputs before writing and never executes scripts. Examples, Docker inputs and contribution guidance use this source. The old editable catalog is retired; historical commits/releases remain available, and only the minimal frozen runtime fixture stays in tests.

The initial curated catalog includes two ADAM models; other old entries are explicitly deferred for source/redistribution review in the public migration inventory. The application keeps its independent modpoll-wot==0.2.0a2 pin. No hardware evidence is inherited.

Validation: 105 tests, make check, generated TD check, strict docs build, fixed HTTPS model + local verified scenario synthetic AO/AI and DO/DI loopback. CI additionally prepares pinned public inputs on Python 3.10/3.14. Container paths and virtualenv selection are updated for the new example data layout.
