Publishes the Calico Open Source 3.32.3 patch release. It changes releases.json, variables.js, and the release notes in the 3.32 version folder.

To do:

• Confirm the operator version once the release publishes. The PR uses v1.42.7, the next tag after v1.42.6. Neither v1.42.7 nor the upstream release PR exists yet.
• Compare the release notes with the generated v3.32.3 notes file once it lands. The notes come from the Calico v3.32.3 milestone, which has 0 open items as of October 27.
• Confirm the release date. The section uses the planned date, October 28, 2026.
• SME review of the Ingress Gateway paragraph in Updating. It covers the Envoy Gateway v1.9.1 bump (calico 14125, operator 5348), which has no release note. The two breaking changes come from the Gateway API v1.6.0 release notes and the Envoy Gateway v1.9.0 breaking-changes list, and match the 3.33 upgrade notes.

Flags:

• envoyVersion moves from 1.8.3 to 1.9.1 because of calico 14125.
• Envoy Gateway v1.9 needs Kubernetes 1.33 or later. Calico 3.32 supports 1.34 to 1.36, so the release notes do not mention it.
• calico 14384 is in the milestone but is a CI-only change, so the notes leave it out.
• The deploy preview shows the new variable values only on the release notes page. Other pages keep the 3.32.2 values until the production build.
