fix: read comma ranges and colon links

Loot amounts written as a comma range, like 1,000-2,000, are now read as 1000 to 2000, and a currency written as [[:Gold Token]] gives Gold Token. No current wiki value uses either form, so nothing in the data changes.

changes:

• loot ranges use the shared thousands rule, and both sides stay unsigned
• Loot Statistics entries keep thousands commas instead of splitting on them
• a bad Loot Statistics page, with no times or with no positive kills, is skipped instead of stopping the task or replacing good rows
• colon links in currencies are trimmed
