Retain Keep's Electrum extensions under Threshold ownership, with provenance and consumer instructions for the existing immutable source revision. The Go module path stays compatible with checksum0 imports; this change adds maintenance documentation and CI, with no runtime changes.
Validation:
go test ./...andgo vet ./...pass. keep-core's Electrum package tests also pass with its replacement redirected to this fork at6038cb594daa.Consumer: keep-core #4329. Unresolved upstream WebSocket and subscription reports are preserved as #2 and #3, with the current keep-core mitigations recorded. Runtime fixes can be reviewed independently of this source-ownership change.
