Replace prior public OSS terms with evaluation-only proprietary LICENSE, COMMERCIAL.md, and LICENSE_TRANSITION_NOTICE.md for sellable commercial licenses. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
BOM at the start of pyproject.toml caused tomllib TOMLDecodeError and failed all required lint+pytest jobs. Also point license metadata at LICENSE and update the PyPI classifier for proprietary terms. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
