Software Quality Assurance Engineer with close to three years of hands-on testing across fintech and HRM products — web applications, Android and iOS apps, and biometric device firmware.
I currently test core fintech modules at ERA-InfoTech Limited in Dhaka on an Agile/Scrum cycle in Azure DevOps: designing test cases, running functional and regression passes, validating APIs and middleware in Postman, checking data with SQL, and running JMeter performance tests during release verification.
Before that I spent two and a half years at Inovace Technologies on the Tipsoi HRM platform, where I reported and tracked 1,000+ defects from first report through verification, and automated regression scripts with Selenium WebDriver (Java + JUnit).
What I care about: reproduction steps anyone can follow, coverage you can point at, and catching the defect before the customer does.
