Summary
Static doc collection now researches each page in a single light pass, one AI call per page, with no locator verification, repair
conversations, or visual annotation roundtrips. Docs describe pages rather than click them, so unverified locators are a fair trade
for predictable cost. Interactive collection keeps the full verified pipeline since it needs locators it can actually click.
