Creating an expert task starts a hidden browser worker using the Desktop executable. It previously hid its Dock icon only after Electron readiness, causing the Dock to move during startup. Set the macOS accessory activation policy before readiness for worker processes only.

Validation: Desktop build/typecheck/tests passed (126 unit tests and 13 release checks). macOS reports the worker as UIElement and the main application as Foreground; CDP navigation and rendering work in the hidden worker. Candidate packaging is in progress.
