Modernize packaging and Allocine client

Summary

• refactor the Allocine client into focused API, client, model, schedule, CLI, and cache modules
• add theater search, inclusive date-range showtimes, persistent HTTP caching, and more resilient response parsing
• modernize packaging, development, CI, releases, tests, and the French documentation; remove the obsolete Docker workflow
