The browser edition now has a terminal: say what it is and is not

Stacked on #98. Draft — do not merge before levelcodeai/levelcode#107 is. The page and docs/browser.mdx said
"no terminal, and the agent does not run shell commands". With LevelCode Shell that is no longer true, and it must not
be replaced by a claim that is bigger than the product.

What the copy now says (one place per fact, as before: the FACTS block of WebEditorPage.tsx and the docs page):

  • A terminal for your files: bash with about eighty built-in commands (grep, sed, awk, find, sort, jq, diff and
more) over the files you have open. The agent runs its commands there too, and what they change is offered for Keep
    or Undo.
  • It does not run programs: no Node, npm, git or Python, no network, no background jobs; npm test answers
    "command not found".
  • What stays in the Mac app is now the honest list: running programs (Node, npm, git, Python, test runners, builds),
background commands and dev servers, MCP servers that start local processes, installing extensions.
  • A short "LevelCode Shell" section in the docs: how to open it, what it is for (read, search and reshape files),
that a command touching repository metadata, a non-text file or a file with unsaved changes is refused whole, and
that Ctrl+C stops a command and changes nothing.

No new numbers, no benchmark, no comparison. Checked: tsc -b, eslint on the page, vite build (the MDX compiles).

… and the agent runs commands in it; say what it is and is not

The page and docs/browser.mdx said there was no terminal and that the agent does not run shell commands.
Both are now false. LevelCode Shell is bash over the open files with about eighty built-in commands; it
does not run programs (no Node, npm, git, Python), has no network and no background jobs. What stays in
the Mac app is the list of what a shell cannot do without a machine.

- **Open it** from the Command Palette with *LevelCode Shell: New Terminal*, or from the Terminal panel.
- **It does not run programs.** There is no Node, npm, git, Python or compiler in it, and no network. `npm test` answers "command not found". Use it to read, search and reshape files: count TODOs, rename a batch of files, run a `sed` over several files, look at a JSON file with `jq`.
- **The agent uses it too.** When the agent runs a command, it runs here. Files it changes are offered for Keep or Undo like any other edit. A command that would touch repository metadata or tool settings (`.git`, `.vscode`, `.github/workflows`, `AGENTS.md` and similar), a file that is not plain text, or a file you have unsaved changes in, is refused as a whole, and nothing from that command is applied.
- **Stop it with Ctrl+C.** A command that is stopped, runs out of time or hits a limit changes nothing.
