Effect E2E packages now resolve Effect 4.1.2 and
@effect/tsgo0.64.1.The existing
@effect/tsgooverride remains because the organization lint preset declares a 0.x caret range; SYS-990 tracks the upstream fix. Transitive Effect dependencies from other organization packages remain their source repositories' responsibility (including@effect/opentelemetryvia Stryker, SYS-1075); the lockfile currently resolves that package to 4.1.2 without an override.Validation:
nix develop --command env TURBO_CONCURRENCY=1 pnpm check:localpassed. Lint enabled 345 rules per package before and 350 after, with zero warnings or errors. A success/failure smoke probe confirmed theEffect.isSuccessreplacement matches the previous boolean fold.pnpm peers checkreports existing organization lint-preset peer ranges for oxlint and oxlint-tsgolint that do not match the installed versions.Fixes SYS-1060.
