Summary
Prepare v1.0.0-beta.21 to deliver navigation-key repeat on supported desktops. The release identifier advances from Beta 20 to Beta 21, Expo remains 1.0.0, and Android/iOS share build 23.
Validation
After review and green CI, merge under the user's prerelease authorization and publish the tag from the exact main merge commit. Confirm both internal-store workflows before closing the milestone.
