Summary
Links the Managed Postgres public API reference (docs.machines.dev) from the MPG docs
mpg/index.html.md), linking todocs.machines.dev.partials/_mpg_nav.html.erb), linking to thePostgres-Clusterstag anchor ondocs.machines.dev, mirroring the same pattern already used in the Machines API nav (partials/_machines_nav.html.erb).Both links use the
+externalsuffix convention used elsewhere in this repo for links leaving the fly.io domain.
