Her istek kendini <paket>/<surum> olarak tanitir (surum paketin kendi sabitinden okunur). Amac: API tarafinda istemci turu ve surum dagiliminin loglardan olculebilmesi; davranis degisikligi yok, kimlik/yetki kaniti degil. Yerel HTTP yakalayiciyla tel uzerindeki basliklar dogrulandi; testler eklendi.
