fix: preserve clipboard revisions and locked-control deletion - #2071
Paste HTML containing <ins> and <del> revisions: revision marks and author/date metadata are discarded.
Press Backspace or Delete beside a content-locked inline control in suggestion mode: the first key does not select the whole control for reviewable deletion.
Changes
Recognize clipboard revision elements with fresh revision ids. Share lock-aware first-key selection between normal and suggestion input without introducing plugin dependency cycles. Add paste and keyboard accept/reject regressions.

New Features
Pasting rich HTML now preserves tracked insertions and deletions, including available author and date details.
Pressing Backspace or Delete beside a content-locked control selects it first, allowing the whole control to be removed as a tracked change.
Bug Fixes
Standard <del> content is now treated as a tracked deletion when pasted. It is no longer interpreted as strikethrough; other supported strikethrough formats remain available.
The changes add parsing of revision metadata from pasted <ins> and <del> elements. They also add Backspace and Delete handling that selects an adjacent content-locked control before tracked removal.

Clipboard parsing assigns revision IDs and reads authors from cite and dates from datetime for <ins> and <del>. The strike mark no longer parses <del>. Tests cover tracked metadata through paste handling and untracked rich-HTML parsing. The changeset and API-surface budget are updated.
Content-locked control key handling packages/core/src/prosemirror/plugins/lockedControlKeyHandling.ts, packages/core/src/prosemirror/plugins/contentControlWidgets.ts, packages/core/src/prosemirror/plugins/suggestionMode.ts, packages/core/src/ai-edits/contentControlRevision.test.ts
Backspace and Delete select an adjacent content-locked control when the selection is an empty text selection. Both plugins call the shared handler. Tests cover selection followed by tracked removal, acceptance, and rejection.
Pasting HTML with several tracked changes can give distinct revisions the same ID, so accept and reject act on them as one change. Nested same-type revisions can also lose author and date information. Fix both before merging.
