Feature Description
Enable tab completion for subcommands and flags in the stackql-deploy CLI. This should allow users to partially type a command (e.g. b) and hit [TAB] to autocomplete to the matching subcommand (e.g. build), or cycle through possible completions if multiple matches exist.

The completion should work across supported shells (e.g., bash, zsh, fish, PowerShell) and ideally be registered automatically during installation.

Example(s)

stackql-deploy b[TAB]
# → stackql-deploy build

stackql-deploy bui[TAB]
# → stackql-deploy build

stackql-deploy [TAB]
# → build  test  teardown....

Possible Approaches or Libraries to Consider

If using Click, leverage its built-in [shell_complete](https://click.palletsprojects.com/en/latest/shell-completion/) functionality.
If using argparse, integrate with [argcomplete](https://kislyuk.github.io/argcomplete/).
Alternatively, implement a custom completion generator that outputs shell-specific scripts (like stackql-deploy completion bash) similar to kubectl, docker, or terraform.

What Was Implemented

✨ New completion command that generates shell-specific completion scripts for:

Bash - using _STACKQL_DEPLOY_COMPLETE=bash_source
Zsh - using _STACKQL_DEPLOY_COMPLETE=zsh_source
Fish - using _STACKQL_DEPLOY_COMPLETE=fish_source
PowerShell - using custom completion script

✨ Comprehensive documentation added to README with setup instructions for each shell

✨ Leverages Click's built-in completion system for robust, reliable tab completion

How It Works

Users can now enable tab completion by running:

# Generate completion script for their shell
stackql-deploy completion bash   # or zsh, fish, powershell

# Or add directly to shell config
eval "$(_STACKQL_DEPLOY_COMPLETE=bash_source stackql-deploy)"

This enables tab completion for:

All subcommands: build, test, teardown, info, init, upgrade, shell, completion
All command flags and options
Argument values where applicable
