Explain how the Spacefast WordPress plugin connects a CMS to a repository-backed Space and rebuilds after published-content changes. Keep the 60-second batching, manual Build now path, WP-Cron requirement, and saved production build settings explicit.
Current main is integrated, including Blume 2.2.6, branding, and link/routing repairs. The full required local suite passes with Bun 1.3.11 and Node 26.
Release hold: the plugin build-route repair is still open. Publish only after the working automatic-rebuild plugin release ships; do not remove the manual-only guidance from published docs before then. Production and plugin rollout were not checked.
The WordPress data sources page said a content change needs Build now or
a push. The Spacefast plugin's headless mode triggers the production
build itself, debounced, so document that path, what it reacts to, and
what its authorization covers.

"The step above is optional" follows the new plugin steps, so it reads as the required Connect step. The step it actually makes optional is the manual "Add a source" setup earlier on the page. (fixed by commit 26cb36d) Found by Indent Review Agent
The scope list omits offline_access, which the plugin also requests in headless mode, so the consent screen shows a scope the docs don't mention. (fixed by commit 26cb36d) Found by Indent Review Agent

Walkthrough
The WordPress data source documentation now describes plugin setup, Space authorization, and production builds triggered by published content changes. It also explains build timing, WP-Cron delivery, requested permissions, and the production settings used for triggered builds.

Summary
Plugin setup and rebuild behavior content/(publish)/wordpress-data-sources.mdx
The documentation describes plugin requirements and connecting a WordPress site to a Space. It lists published REST API changes that trigger production builds, exclusions for drafts and revisions, the 60-second quiet window, and the option to build immediately. It also documents WP-Cron requirements, requested scopes, and the Space’s saved production build settings.
The new section explains setup, triggers, batching and WP-Cron delivery. It may still omit that connecting can replace an existing wordpress source in the Space. Check the plugin's behavior and add a short warning if confirmed. This is a documentation gap, not a code failure, and the PR is already gated on the fixed plugin release.

- Line 131: Update the WordPress installation instructions to tell readers to
activate the plugin after installing the ZIP, before accessing Settings →
Spacefast. Preserve the existing WordPress 6.5 and PHP 8.1 prerequisites.
- Line 134: Update the setup instructions around “Use WordPress as a CMS for a
repository site” to warn readers before they select an existing Space that
selection immediately syncs the WordPress title, description, and search
visibility and starts a production build; clarify that the WordPress sync
controls appear only afterward and cannot prevent these initial changes.
- Line 140: Update the WordPress build scheduling documentation near the
description of changes that trigger builds to explain that scheduled builds
depend on WP-Cron, and on low-traffic sites may remain pending until a request
runs cron. Advise readers to configure a replacement scheduler if automatic
WP-Cron is disabled, and to check WordPress Site Health.
