The captured idea is to organize Claude hooks/scripts, git hooks, GitHub and Bash hooks into a coherent project across repositories, and write a practical book or guide about the resulting developer workflow.

This repo is already the canonical architecture reference; the implementations live in claude-config, claude-wrapper, dotfiles, scripts, and github-workflows. Inventory the current pieces and identify the smallest useful narrative and cross-repo installation map. Propose an outline with operational examples, failure modes, and lessons learned. Treat the guide as a documentation effort here; open implementation changes only in the owning repos. The longer book is optional after an outline is validated.
