5931c23Thanks @anandpant! - Lines meet their targets more cleanly in two ways. A bent line that alone enters a side of a box, but lands by its corner, now moves toward the middle of that side, as far as the drawing allows: in an AWS three-tier diagram, the users' requests used to drop into the load balancer beside its rounded corner, because the public subnet's name stood over the middle; they now land just past the name, near the middle of the top. A sideways step just before an arrowhead or just after a line leaves its box now moves to the middle of its run, so the line runs straight into its target: in a hybrid-cloud diagram, the sync function's lines to the orders table and the invoice archive used to step sideways right before their arrowheads. Each change is kept only when the drawing reads no worse.
